For contracts with effective dates on or after September 1, 2023, sellers must use the updated Seller’s Disclosure Notice, which includes a spot (Section 1) to note if the seller is aware whether the property has fuel gas piping and what type, including: black iron pipe, copper, or corrugated stainless steel tubing.
